Review: The Scotch Royals

So this is going to be the review of the all serie.

The core story was entertaining but nothing new...

Crewe background is forced... The guy is a Duke like royalty, with more money that some countries, has a scotch mega business and somehow still managed to be in the black market of information trade, it’s like there is a need to justify the kidnapping and his “dark and ruthless background” that we don’t see!
He is a little cold in the beginning and then got pussy whipped!!

London is a though girl, she is a fighter and don’t stop fighting… She ends up using sex to have her way and falls in love with Crewe.

In not one to complaint but book 2 has too much sex (like at least 3 times a day, everyday) and lack in story developed.
Book 3 is too much drama, the story drags… London with such strong personality got push around AND Crewe was so meek… grrrr…

Oh my what a great surprise...
This book was a nice... Was my first with dragon shifters and I like it...
Sloan was a little stupid and childish but I can understand the scars of being so alone.

The side characters where great and all pack very likeable...

I'm trying not to spoil the story...

Really didn't like any of the characters. They are all selfish and bitchy... (maybe with the exception of Vivi)

Jude is the queen of bad decisions and the way they make a 17 years girl in a fairy world the brighter of the bunch is predictable and her mood swings and whinning are annoying AF!!

I have a confession to make! Fake mariage / fake relations books are my guilty pleasure.

This one was pretty good...
Both H and h are grieving engagements that ended bad...
They meet in a bar, have amazing chemistry and a ONS.
Fate have them meet again in a venue for the their cancelled weddings... they pretend to be together to get the freebies... They end up being friends with benefits ;)

The worst thing is the drama in the middle that is out of place!!
She because of her height and bullying by her ex-fiance and him because because of his money!!
The characters change so much in this part that is disappointing!

This is one of those books that "is not you is me" type!
After 5 books of the Mercy Thompson serie, this book is so flat (almost a little boring)

The book is safe really safe!!

Abraham/ Abey ( really hated the name) is so passive, so meek to be a Alpha, despite she being or not his mate.
Liz has a strong mind and is not a doormat.

The ending is not a cliffhanger but there are so many question that go unanswered..

My mood after finish this book: WTf?!?

So the H is a jerk with superiority complex...
Then there is the h and I felt ashamed to be a woman.
Harper is a MIT dropout/ hacker that came home to take care of her dieing father and help the town folk's.
So the 25 year virgin (really 🙄) with 2 brain cells to rub together decides that the best plan to her problems is to "kidnap" someone life work and future and trade it for SEX LESSONS!!!! WTF!!

Only finished because the voice of the audiobook was really nice and i forgotten my e-reader at home!

This is a short reading...
The story is "nice" but a little confusing and some how the writing doesn't help.
Rose is of extremes... Being real strong some times and pathetic in others...
The ending is a fuck**ng curve ball...

Mercy Thompson is one tough cookie, in a world of alpha mans she holds her grown great!!! She is so sincere and friendly that she’s friend with everyone!
The book is a little slow until 45%, then pick up…
There is only some “true romance” in the final pages.

The voice of the audiobook is a little hard on the s letter but we get use to!

Lorenzo went straight up my top list of book boyfriends… Man was a mix of bat shit crazy and heart melting sweet in his ruff kind of way.
Morgan was still great, really like when a woman can hold her shit together!
Would love to see a “real” epilogue!!!

Lorenzo is so good at being bad!!! Morgan AKA Scarlet is an amazing female character… The story has some gritty parts but is plain reality... (view spoiler)[She uses sex to get information… (hide spoiler)]
The way Lorenzo is bother line “crazy” but the same time so true and realist was great to read.

Didn’t understand why the need for the age difference! Throw the book we don’t get the age difference, because Morgan is 21 going on 35 and Lorenzo is 37 going on 28 the most!
