Liked the book...
First 15/20 pages got me in a twist...
Loved the connection between Charlie and Blaire but for me took to much time to the story to move forward.
She spends almost 60% of the book crying or sleeping it off...
I understand all the changes in her life but she was so strong, focus and willpowered and in this book we don't really see that.
Charlie was perfect in this book, knew when to push and when to stay away... The man is not all talk, he can walk the walk!!! He was ruthless in finding her...

They both where guilty in the end...

Will read the next book...

Review: Lucifer's Daughter

Lucifer's Daughter by Kel Carpenter

This was a nice book!
The story is short and fast paced, the writing is great!
Ruby is a orphan half-sucubus that finds out that she is actually the daughter of Lucifer, princess of Hell!
Really like Ruby personality, she is easy going, don't scare easy and her relation with Bandit her pet raccoon is just so sweet and funny!
Like the princess she is, she got herself 4 protectors...  the 4 Hourseman! Death, Pestilence, Famine and War!
I don't really like RH books but this one was bearable, there is a connection with all of them but more in the protective side (for now).
My favorite one was Laran aka War... 

Random things:
Lucifer "died"?!?!? WTF?!
If we don't know a little of Paranormal world we got a little lost, there is not big explanation about what are sucubus / Incubus, Banshees, Imps, ​​​​​​In case of Ruby, some people may not understand why man are so obsessed with her and  her problem in the past!!

 Although is a RH book will read the 2nd book!

But life is perfect and the perfect kid loves him and the school simply don't care since they are so perfect!!


Perfect epilogue:
They get married, expecting a new baby and succeed in their career!!!!

So so perfect!!!

Now at 18 she is the perfect loyal killing machine!

Charlie has some scores to set and will use Blaire in the way that best fits him!

But somethings can't be controlled!!

The king was taken... for 7 years he's living a hell... and is her fault!!

Random things:
He was cocky and got screwed...
It was her fault, if she only talk with him, they had 7 years to try to escape together!!
7 years without shower with the same cloths...
The brothers was able to hide that the king was missing for 7 years...

The 7 years was the no no for me... because is to much time and the story is not coherent....

Another vampire book... Im in a PNR funk...

So Nikulas is looking for this brother for 7 years... yeah thats right SEVEN YEARS!!!
They found out that a witch might me involved and sets to track her sister and get answers...
7 years ago Emma witnessed her sister being kidnapped, since then she is trying to find her.
But when they meet they discovered that they are mates!!!

Randon things about this book:
She runs, does kickboxing EVERYDAY but is still the little fragile human girl, that freezes with panic!!
He was a dark pass but that ends up being a set up!
7 years to find someone that never left the same place, 2 years was more that enough and the story would me more coherent.

Didn't read the others books and didn't feel "lost" in the story... Really like to see the character evolution on how they handed things then and now!!
