So this book has a little of Count of Monte Cristo Vibe! (view spoiler)[ Girl meets boy, they have a connection, they are arrested but girls gets a free pass because she's " Royalty"! Boy gets locked up and thinks girls is to blame because she didn't care! He gets rich and return get revenge on girl but the love is there (hide spoiler)]
Love Pepper but this one was not one of my favorites.
